The only upside would be a lesser amount of bots, but they still will be there, specially if the Adena demand is high. And the last and strongest point is that NC won't profit much from it, if at all, which directly eliminates the possibility of one.

Just make few new characters and gather some Adena with them.

Dance it fire gives critical damage, not critical rate, song of hunter gives crit rate.

You're just suffering a side effect of the whole PK system change that basically white-listed PKing.Imo adapt o it, since all other regions got the same thing and they don't complain as much.

Get a high level rez relogged where you farm, when you get pked, rez up and go on. It's not about chasing the PK, since they can make up a whole pt and you still won't be able to kill them. Also there pk can always have a PR nearby and you won't get him, then he can summon himself back and PK you again.I can go in more detail, but you probably know what I'm talking about.

This is a game feature, either learn to live with it or turn your back around. Even if they remove the teleport in combat, this won't change anything, so you'll be here crying again. Some players are too weak mined....

Depends on the class I guess, when I changed one of my toons on lv106, I've learned all the skills and even had some SP left over. Anyway, farm in Alligator Island and you'll have your SP quite fast. In HB there are literally no mobs for lv107, everything you kill there is with huge penalty.

Nobody forces you to buy anything. PK is integral part of this game.
