1 clan opened boxes. So approx 300 boxes opened. Result: 1 gem lvl5 & 1 protection lvl5. Kinda poor result, but hey it was free...

Strange some of my clan members got actually lvl5 gems & protection lvl5. A lot of effort with a good reward. Might want to work harder next time.

I do agree. 1 week event, why not 3 weeks? What would be the issue to have this event a little longer? Specifically focused event for 1 person.

Wondering how many boxes will appear on the siege ground and staying dead for 2 hours and increase server lag for no particular reason. Also "clap clap" to the one who was looking for a castle reset because he lost his castle a couple of months ago. Would be easier to actually give for free the lvl5 gems to everyone instead of making it for top tier players.

@Hime@Juji Check my account activity. I have been playing since November 2019. Active like a truck during 8-12 hours per day for over a year, by doing IOS etc as an active player. Spending reasonable amount of Ncoin in order to "survive" in the game in order to "catch up". With the new IOS I was finally able to gear (Epic Talisman, Artifacts) in a 3-4 month interval while combining still Ncoin & Adena from game. Now you go nerf the Adena drop rate in order to push back the gearing process. From a 200b Epic Talisman, which I could have farm (with 60 IOS Stones = 4200 Ncoin) in a month interval, this will be postponed probably to a 2-3 month interval (8400 to 12600Ncoin). Yet again pushing player back to gearing in a reasonable way and in a reasonable time. It has been now months and months, you push people from upgrading correctly, making them leave from the game, increasing monster difficulties, don't get me wrong, but the amount of Adena I spent to get a +14 weapon and the "200-300b" I spent to overenchant it and it keeps failing and never going above that +17 mark, my account must be doomed at some point. Simply compare Chronos vs Naia, in Naia we are completly undergeared in comparison. Is it because the rates on our server are messed up? Could it be the RMT that is going on, which is feeding our beloved heroes? Maybe start logging as a GM and check players around the map. How many more 10k euros do we have to spent to finally unlock the Dragon Weapon & Blood Weapon achievement in order to actually play without pain in various spots? And don't even start talking about the "lucky boxes", because for the past 6 months, I should have gotten at least an item in the top 5 category. Even a couple clan mates, none of us got any of the top 5 items, and we must have opened together more than 100.000 boxes combined in the different events. The rates are simply hilarious. Like @iShilensaid, also my CP members (supports) can go look elsewhere now to gear, because we were doing IOS 112+ together. You earned yourself the achievement of "Making players more miserable after each update".

True the new instances are nice and do drop more Adena which is a nice welcome for people struggling after 112+ to get more gear. The newGludio is a beast mode. The Yul & Bosses do hit like trucks, but it also shows people who lack behind gear. I went yesterday for the 110+ Dailies and everything went smooth. 2ISS 111/112, Tank 112, GK 110, 2x Yuls 115+ and a Feoh 112+ and it went easy mode. We did not bother Gludio because you need an active healer unless all party is geared properly. The new update was a good move in the right direction, except for the lower zones where mobs are hitting exalted people like a truck

Another day another luck. I made my Shilen +7 without any restoration abuse. I had myself 3x Shilen +6 and the first went +7. So I went with luck for another one +7 and last one has burned. 2x Shilen +7, I tried to go +8 and it burnt, so I left the last one I had for myself. I could have asked to restore it or even try, but I did not bother since mine is +7 and I am more than fine with it

I am 112+ and I actually stopped opening the L2Store for months. Doing dailies & IOS 112+ during 3 hours with the stone I buy from players & I upgrade slowly items, skills etc. At some point, NC has to pay us back with all the money we spent in the past. These constant updates which make it even harder for newcomers. The people around 105-114 are struggling more than ever since the update. Have a look at Forest of Mirror, empty compared to before. Increase mob difficulty, nerf Adena in various spots except the new IOS zones, where to get Chapter 1 books? Ah yes, those 1000 boxes who join Olympiad. Disconnect problems, melee lag, tickets response no comments since I stopped restoration because enchanting is close to useless. Less and less newcomers, we get more Adena somewhere, prices from market go up. Without taking in consideration the cameras for Greedy Chest which are making the game lag everytime you are near one... Strange hein? @iHyperliteyou came back to afk in SOS, IOS 112+ and some other hunting zones. Also NC says thank you for your money We got greedy chests for greedy people. Who benefits from it? RMT & Adrenaline users, because they exploit the game. If NC would have done their job, those players & their cameras wouldn't play anymore and the market would actually be free of exploits. But yet, those who open wallets pay the hard price unfortunately.

Don't bother going LUC stats. Just made a Dragon Rind Leather Shirt +5 with 20 scrolls & 50 LUC. While on my main 600 Artifact Book Scrolls and my Top Artifact Book was still +0 even with 114 LUC. Took a decision: sold everything that gave LUC and look what happened after 20 scrolls & LUC 70? Top Artifact Book +7 So much for nothing this stat. Even clan/ally mates are laughing at the current randomness.

I wish they would indeed give us the actual rates of the items. I bought twice for 250€ chocolate boxes. First one I got 50% of the actually Adena to € price back. I went with Bouquets for Agathions and got 1 Greater Leo. Means I got the actual money I paid into game items and slightly more. Second round of boxes, I got 25% worth of items versus my money. Yet again, I got a Greater Scorpio this time with Bouquets. Overall without those two lucky Greater Agathion, I would have gotten only 1/3 of the spent money into game currency. With the two Greater Agathion I got the 500€ (approx 200b) spent into game items. First 250€ boxes were opened on a new created account (105) and I was more lucky on items. Second 250€ boxes were opened on my main character (115) and I was not lucky on items. Another friend made with 1 Shiny Gem & 1 Red Cat lvl5 > a Greater Red Cat. I tried 6 Shiny Gems and my Ruby lvl 5 did not pass. Used 60 Kaliel Scroll for a Greater Kaliel Bracelet, I did not pass +5. Next day, I used 20 Scrolls and got 4 times Lady Luck and made it Greater Kaliel+5. As I like to quote "Another day, another luck."

My connection was running smoothly also, but when 80% are complaining at the same time, there must be a valid reason. I was also impacted for once during 6 hours. Then again, 1-2 days ago there was a login issue, which made it impossible to buy Ncoins. Guess how long it took to solve it? Less than 2-3 hours, while the lag/disconnects were happening during 6-8 hours. You see the priority. When it comes to Quality of Life, they have less priority. When it impacts business/revenue they are super active. Guess which part belongs the "melee lag"? Character hits slower, slower XP = Quality of Life. Restoration = Business/revenue this is why it is up to GMS's to decide. Remove XP items which could be beneficial during futur XP event is a sad move. Why remove boost when people can benefit from it during next XP event instead... My CP & I invest around 1k during XP event in order to buy cakes, having these bonus until that moment would help us further to lvl. Inventory limit = Quality of Life. Sometimes I wish they would listen more to their customer.

Olympiad should exclude any character below 110 to match with a 110+ player, this would actually be more fun to match in Olympiad. All characters below 110 might get points, but not so much as high level characters. I would max cap their points to 1200 and once this limit reach, it unlocks players 110+ to go for an eventual hero. This feed mechanics is boring. If a non-factor wants hero, it only requires feed & no skills.

Hi, Good luck on getting your hands on a Fragment. Even if you get the bloods (20-30b each on Naia), the Fragment (300-400b) will be the biggest problem here.

Odd all this ... Bots are still playing but people who actually pay for a service are unable to login ... I came back in November 2019 and made approximately 50-60 friends since I started. Today, 3/4 of them has not logged in for more than a month and the remaining 1/4 are still playing between lvl 108 - 113. The higher ones are those who actually spend money in huge bulk. You do have a good feature implemented "making people leave the game quickly". I understand that maintaining the game might not be an easy task, but if your folks are unable to maintain a quality of service, you might want to hire new folks to do a better job. Even my 15-18 years old students in IT are able to handle a database maintenance & server maintenance at their age and are able to monitor (Wireshark, Nagios, Solarwind) everything and do redundancy correctly, even configure a IPS/IDS/Firewall and check what is going on... I hope you can fix all this madness. And please, you might hire a real GM that actually spends time inside game in stealth mode to check what is going on within your game. I can guarantee that you would catch 90% of the top players buying Adena from RMT instead of going through the L2Store.

@SlycutterI also did a ticket and they are aware of the issues and redirect you to the forum. I've played multiple games and when such things happened, they always extended the monthly bonuses by offering an extra month of game play, restoring bonuses or giving gaming purchase bonus for free. Here you get 1-3 Dandy Balls for a 10 hours interruption which fade in 30mins XP. If they would at least give 1-3 Dandy + 1-3 vitality maintenance potion, this would make it even for the lost time. For my part, I went to IOS after midnight and then the disconnect wave started, guess who wasn't able to do his 3 hours of IOS properly due to server issues? A paid L2Store service (2x stones) that went completly to waste because of the servers. The server became better at 6 a.m., 30mins before the server time reset. And I tried 10-15 times to relog until I eventually got tired of this. @Hime @Juji I understand that you guys must have a lot to do, but do us a favor, go in GM Stealth mode and ban all the cameras from greedy chests all around the spawn location and monitor the game. Meanwhile, train your current ticket responding people to play the game, throughout our tickets we do have the feeling that they have no clue about the game at all. As a company, you must show more presence towards your game and people should be punished for their bad behavior (bots, spam, cursing, exploits) within the game. Everytime, an old player (top tier) is involved in any kind of ticket, we all know what is going to happen, standardized ticket and thank you. The day you will realize that those old players (top tier) are actually a plague for the community and server health, you will see an increase of players.

Working in IT myself I know how it works. But in this particular case, when the connection has an uptime 24/7 for the past 24 months with connection at 500Mbps on my end and I do see what is happening with my connection since I work for my own ISP, I can admit that the issue is not on my end, but on yours. You might want to track down your ISP hardware if it is not saturated with a bad configuration. Also have a look at the game bots which are scanning the game area 24/7 this causes Database saturation and a traffic overflow (DDOS). As a customer perspective you should guarantee an uptime (99.9999%) from the game. Maintenance are fine as a customer, but any other issues after Wednesday afternoon is not acceptable in 2021 for a customer who pays a service (Prestige, Destiny Pack, frequent Ncoins). I hope you find the source of the issue. Cheers

If you don't believe it then don't. At some point when you start doing dailies, TOH, IOS, TOI Adena flow is much better.

This year: LUC 65 + 150 scrolls + 5 Legendary scrolls = 1x Legendary Elmore Cloak +10 & 1xAden Cloak +9. Last year: LUC 65 + 600 scrolls = Elmore Cloak +3 So this year I won, last year I lost. Sometimes you lose, sometimes you win. 4-5 months ago I got 3 nice items: Lindivior Earring, Blessed Valakas, Truth Seeker Ring. 1 month ago I got 1 item: Wyrm Ring Some days I am more lucky than other ones. I always spend same amount on events, which is 250€ everything above is unreasonable for me. I am at a point, where I need a Dragon Weapon or Blood-Thirsty weapon. So I open boxes and sell to slowly get Bloods for my future weapon.

LUC 65 here. Made an Legendary Elmore Cloak +10 with 150 scrolls & 5 Legendary scrolls. With remaining scrolls I made +9 Aden Cloak. LUC stat is for fairy tales.

To be honest, don't start playing unless you have a Gold or Platinum VISA/Mastercard.
