I am glad that we got the game ported to a new server. Since I work in IT, I know sometimes you have to do some optimizations after an upgrade, which are done on weekend when coworker are not on site. The only think that bugs me, is the way they do it. Ask Amazon, Facebook, Google etc to be down during 12 hours in a row & later down again after a day, what would people think about it. In this particular case, we pay for a service that belongs to NCW, but it is our money that we are freely willing to spend, so the least courtesy they could have would be to return the boost that we got or at least make up something really good like a Dragon Weapon during the whole XP period. Anyway, this was for once after many months that they made a step forward and listened to the customers complaining about the melee lag. Thumbs up!

I usually do approx 5.4b in dual spot as a Yul. Now with the Buff, I am able to hit 6.6b like before they nerfed IOS 112+. Seems to work for me. Same experience with an Eviscerator 110 who stays all the time with the buff up.

I came back a year and a half and yet I am 115 and I am slowly catching up. Even at 115, I am far from the top dogs, still close to Mid-Top range, but I am able to go to Gludio siege and have fun there now as long no one with a Dragon weapon or Blood-Thirsty weapon shows up to one shot everyone from the siege. In order to catch up over time, you need to invest approximately 500 bucks per month in various events. Once you hit 112+, you only need IOS/PI/SI Stones to do the daily hunting zones in order to get some "decent" Adena income, which costs you approximately 250 bucks and the remaining 250 bucks, you can spend in event stuff. It takes me at 115 approximately 1-2 month to upgrade to Top Tier items (Heaven Talisman, Epic Talisman, trying Paagrio Earring, etc., Greater gems), 2-3 weeks for each Greater Agathion. It requires an average of 2 years to start "playing" on an average level and being competitive within 110-115. Of course this time is reduced the more you invest heavenly. The XP event requires you to buy some party cakes to take full potential of it. If you do Field Bosses etc, every 3 months your CP can buy completely party cakes for the XP event. If you do IOS 112+, you can do the same. You are not required to XP 24/7 during the XP event with cakes. Just do it at some specific moments to take full advantage of the event. It requires some brain to make some Adena inside the game.

In this event, it allowed me to play with roses most of the time for a maximum of 10-15m per rose, which is a bargain. If you do IOS, SI, PI, Atelia Refinery, Crisis, you buy 2roses + 1 cocktail for 1 hour hunting. You should make a good profit while hunting if you are able to hit reasonable, the costs of buying the event stuff should allow lowbies to hit for a couple of weeks with more damage than they are used to. Yesterday a clan mate won a lvl5 Opal, weeks ago a clan mate won Royal Gold. Money goes to money in this game

People still don't get it, do they? Make a YUL for farm & Adena income, gear to a sweet spot & transfer Adena for your main character that you wish to play. Wait next XP event and make a new one just for farming purpose & lvl it only during XP events. My highest character is indeed a YUL which I like to play, but it dies quickly in PVP without proper support behind you or if you do not have proper PVP items. But it serves me mainly to support my other 2 DDs characters & support characters that I have, since I am able to gear them faster overtime since I invested heavenly for my Yul in the first place. In comparison, if I put my gear to my other toons for the rest of the time, they are doing way better at lower lvls than my Yul used to do, I am able to do 105 dailies easy mode at 110 with the other DDs. My Yul was lvl112-114 before doing the same speed the dailies. I was unable to farm with the Yul on my own without ISS before I got 109 & invested huge to improve. In comparison, my other DDs can solo some of those zones easier than my Yul used to do with equivalent gear at their lvl. In Olympiad time, I often enjoy more PVP with another toon than on my Yul. I am able to kill people whom I cannot kill so easily due to survivability. Example: Feoh, I need to boost up like a truck to win against equivalent geared Feoh and do correct order of skills. Against a lvl114 Feoh on my Yul I struggle more. I had a fight against the same Feoh on another toon, and I killed him easy mode with the Yul gear. At any Ketra party, you always have 1 Yul which pushes the rest of the group, if the gear follows a minimum. My whole CP members got massive lvl boost during last XP event, because I could carry them as a Yul, and today the single target DDs became as strong as the Yul with less gear. The Yul is simply known to farm faster, but remains a glass canon at the end of the day. I take the CD increase of AOE skills with pleasure, it will slightly backfire on group XP.

It has nothing to do with a "nerf". When you increase a CD from a class, it means less damage output overtime in PVE, which means XP income is slower, which means longer time for 120, which means usage of more boosts to keep up with the damage, which means more L2Store. It is simply based on money income. Good example: I swapped my gear from Yul to a close ranged toon, same gear, same forgotten lvl skills, same dyes etc, the Yul still does more damage output, consumes less mysterious soulshots, exp in a group is quicker, etc. On my closed range toon, I spend 10x more mysterious soulshots than on the Yul, for less damage in comparison. Why would they improve the melee lag, when it makes people consume more mysterious soulshots, which you might buy from the L2Store. All is done on purpose....

When people will stop buying from L2Store for 6 months in order to get their attention then they will actually do something about it, but until then "works as intended".

Anonymous? They can tell us who wins stuff. I wouldn't mind if people knew I won something. They did it for some events in the past, why not on all events so people would actually see the outcome of the event/pay boxes.

Been in relation with couple of friends who are lawyers and they are already rubbing their hands after all the stories & seeing the Excel file information. Now the ball is on NC side to reply. @Juji@Hime Maybe this will accelerate the process against the aberration that customers have been going through and paying versus the rates of your boxes. I have been playing in multiple games where loot boxes "Geisha mechanics" were implemented, and I never had any problems with it since it gave the rewards after a 100-200€ amount, but L2 is far from anything reasonable. The amount I spend there to get to top-tier items versus the amount someone has to spend here, it is like living on earth and going to Neptune. If people are leaving your server, it is your & developers fault. You do not want us on the server, this is a clear message you are giving to your customers. And in future, test your own pay events, because when literally 100% of people do not get mid/top-tier items, this is a clear message that someone has messed up with the rates.

I wish to send an official letter, signed to complain about what has been happening since a year on this server (Naia) with all the bots, mass disconnect, boxes, RMT, poor compensation, enchant rates, luck, scams, increase game difficult from a day to another, customer service which is aggressive towards other people, etc. I made a proper Excel with the amount of real money spent vs the result, same for all listed issues that happened around the server. The drops I got from all different instances. The Excel file is really huge and not playing in your favor. This event is the biggest scam of all time that you do towards your customers and it is far beyond of what can be acceptable by a customer. I opened the amount of boxes I always do in first week and wait for next maintenance, because they always mess up the rates in the first week and people have to yell on forum, all of a sudden after next maintenance items start appearing. Like a bad tasty joke or done on purpose. Hey, it is what it is. Another day, another luck. "Says the guy who made 1 Advanced Talisman, 2x Talisman lvl8, 2 Talisman lvl5" out of 600 boxes, where there was 0 mid-tier item (no ornament, and all drops above Dragon jewelry were non existant). I wish, they would for once give to the paying customer a big reward instead of satisfying us with 1/3 of the money spent. Past 6 months, I spent a reasonable amount of cash (250-500 bucks per event), and yet I never got a mid or top-tier item from the boxes.

@EviAgnieska I forgot to mention: - Ruby lvl4, Opal lvl4, emeral lvl4 (became cheaper) - do yourself a favor when you go solo in a zone without a buffer who can also heal, Tanzanite lvl5 & Diamond lvl5. For my part I got the items I told you earlier, added Greater Tanzanite & Greater Diamond and my evi is running easy survival mode in Forest of Mirror at lvl110, before that stay in EV or SV. Swap G.Tanzanite if you feel you recover enough HP from your hits & exchange it for a Red Cat lvl 3/4, they became much cheaper. 110 makes a huge bump to your character. Before update, my evi was 109 and doing okay in FoM. After update, it had some issues, so I added both items I told you before, once it has hit 110, I would remove them, since the evi became higher.

First of all welcome! Then about gear, try to join many clan raids in order to get a R110 armor set & weapon. Macro: - Right Step (Hex enchanted) - Flying Knee (Hex enchanted) - avoid Left Step too many jumping make you lose time on damage per mob. Hunting zone: - Don't chase your lvl zones, you are undergeared - 103 zones are good for you. You need to be efficient at your kill rate, it makes no sense to spend more than 3 seconds on a mob, this is not efficient. Check Enchanted Valley. Enchanting skills: - Enchant Right Step & Flying Knee to minimum +5 or +7 then use blessed to make it +10. - Lateral hit if you implement it into your macro, I skip it because I kill in 2-3 sec max. - Forgotten - Physical Power to +6 and higher later. Items: - Agathion Scorpio +7 gives patk critical damage - After exalted seed bracelet go for Agathion Leo +7 give patk damage. - R99+7 or higher Bloody Weapon. R99+7 Bloody due to PVE bonus and elements. - R99+6 Set (buy it or safe for a R99 Bloody armor set) - Logging or insanity Talisman, later Seven Sign and Abundance lvl1. - Try to put Artifact books, lvl1 and upgrade slowly the lvl of your book. Fill it with basic Artifacts to get Damage bonus. - Wait next cloak event and get an Elmore+7 or try to make one when you can. - Dyes STR+5/CHA+5, unless you want to try your luck with the new ones from Dye Crystals. - Jewelry, depends a lot, Angel Ring+6/Baium etc, mostly too expensive and less beneficial for a starter. Adena: - Make a YUL as Dual Class for better farm, or Dreadnought for pulling for people. - Check Rose's, buy cheap, sell higher, same for scrolls for XP. - Keep an eye on the market. After all enjoy game. I would recommend going to illegal server if you want to really enjoy the game. If your wallet is big enough, stay.

They can remove the 2 first rows & dragon jewelry & authority ornament. Seen a couple of people opening boxes by now and no one got any of the above mentioned items. Mostly 99.9% of the items from boxes are the 8 last items.

I just made Dailies 105 with my evi 110. All members below 110 and we did Baylor in 30 seconds... Some people forget how to buy cheap Brooch BR items. Aquamarine, garnet, Topaz, Diamond and enough are cheap to get and make those Greater for the Brooch BR. Add to Brooch BR your cloak + ISS BR on top of that use the free Castilla Rose and pop-up all skills and enjoy your max damage with your lvl. Don't forget sweet event cookies. If you are rich, go put a Ferios+18 Some people forget how to use basic skills & Buffs & stack everything. You do not have an ISS with PoM, make one and get PoM before entering & add your current active ISS. The same you do for Baylor, works for Krofin in second stage. @socketka where is your second +14 weapon?;)

My lovely R110 weapon+14 also did 2M damage against a lovely Bloody-Thirsty Thrower & 1 lvl higher than me. Nowadays, the only one who has the most celestial, barrier, gran kain, etc wins the fight, because everyone gets 1-2 hits.

You get more the higher you are. I do around 15-40 per day at 115+
