iHyperlite Posted January 16, 2021 Share Posted January 16, 2021 Maphyr shirt only affects an item with a "grade" such as D, C, B, A, S, S80, R, R95, R99, R110. When enchanting items without a grade, use dragon shirt. There isn't a set correct number of luc which will all of a sudden allow you to enchant easily. Luc's primary point is to enhance the lady luc proc chance, and to evade killing blows. On this cloak event, Ncsoft still refuses to put the stable 11-15 scrolls in the store again for hero coin, so I don't think you will see many 10-15 cloaks again unfortunately. There is no logical and steady progression. No matter what you spend, its all gambling. Fool me once(or more times than I care to admit), shame on you NCWest. This game is supposed to be about PvP. yet 99% of the toons here could not compete at any level of PvP. So you have people grinding PvE until they get bored and quit. I will pay for what I get in the NCStore, or Night Market style event. No more RNG. If it is my lot to hit a mob for 30 seconds for 0.0001% at least I know where I am and how long it will take me to get to the end. Last year: LUC 65 + 600 scrolls = Elmore Cloak +3 So this year I won, last year I lost. Sometimes you lose, sometimes you win. 4-5 months ago I got 3 nice items: Lindivior Earring, Blessed Valakas, Truth Seeker Ring. 1 month ago I got 1 item: Wyrm Ring Some days I am more lucky than other ones. I always spend same amount on events, which is 250€ everything above is unreasonable for me. I am at a point, where I need a Dragon Weapon or Blood-Thirsty weapon. I will never use ncoins for cloak event because i have many friends that failed a lot and many people also in forums saying how much crap is this event. I would only recommend enchanting if you do not mind losing the items, adena or Ncoins spent. I have had better chances at the casino actually vs. on here. Both are fun/stressful at times though lol.
