We think it's a Shame how you treat us and PUSH hard this region customers to phsycological spend insane amount of money because the game became every month harder but we get ONLY CRAPS AND SILLY stuff from new patches, just to stay weak and insignificants.

It's a Shame how hardly Enchant rates are nerfed and incredible hard (think about Cloaks impossible to enchant and prices changed insanely), Rare Item stucks or u need thousand of dollars (think about upgrade Brooch lv.3, jewels missing sources like Ruby/R.Cat, D.weaps).

Also Abusing of Lootbox, Hidding % chances (many other companies got troubles by law by abusing of them and hidding %) and Definitely erased almost the Game Obtaining.

 

These, changinf direction of all THESE pointa will be a Real Apologyze & Trasparency from Ncwest. Otherwise are only words that doesn't mean nothings.

this is forced to companies within the EU, if a company is based outside the EU, it is not mandatory for them to disclose rates.

Put in your mind, this is not anymore a game, not for entertainment, just a business.

Ncwest transformed this Client in a Lineage2 Mining Cryptovalue, now here you can only invest a lot of money (but a lot) and keep ur pc h24 to extract in afk the Cryptomoney (adenas).

 

If u dont inject hard money, useless even starts keep ur pc to mining here, search another cryptovalue and dont waste ur elettricity bills.

The compensation you provided to many of us, having already purchased xp rune bundles is almost worthless, apart from the vitality maintaining rune. To my eyes people with no xp runes are far more compensated than us.

Should of gave us the bundle they did last time with all the pots etc. and the vit rune and party xp bonus.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE explain to me why party xp isn't perm.  How does that hurt that game doesn't it increase inclusion and people partying together which is the purpose of a MMORPG?

Agreed, if the runes came boxed so we could open them up at our leisure, it would be a lot less spit in the faces of those of us who buy runes, but by making them open immediately, it's rewarding free players disproportionately.

Also it's way past time for you to bring the Einhassad store fully, enchant rates, and item rates of other regions.  It's 2021, and most of our big spenders are less geared than casual players in other servers.  Our casual players are geared for 2018 content at best.

Greedy chests should be brought back in as drops, not mobs.  Or make them proportionally strong to mobs from the area they spawn in (i.e. 1 skill crit should kill it), making it inefficient to farm them with bots.

I actually agree with the idea behind this post, we know that you guys need to make some money to keep things up, but come on,  low rates  and high prices!! That is not viable for most of the players! Give us a chance. We're not all rich!
