Because i didnt got any of the items on the description. Taking into account that the event only last 14 days and only one player of all the server can get 1 each day ... getting a maximum of 14 boxes in total .... sounds weird the fact that not even once one of the "good" items appeared. i fell scammed by the publicity of the event. the items i got : - Krishna Shooter - Krishna Fighter - Leviathan Gloves - Leviathan Leather Armor - Leviathan Leather Armor - Leviathan Leather Armor - Leviathan Leather Leggings - Leviathan Shoes - Leviathan Gauntlets - Leviathan Gauntlets - Leviathan Helmet the answer of NCSoft : I'm sorry to hear that you've been having a difficult time trying to open a Mutated Orc Treasure Chest. This is intended to be a challenging task, as it can greatly benefit your character. i think the rates are extremadly low if you think 5000 characters trying to got 1box ... is 1/5000 and after win the box ... what is the rate? 0 "good item" of 11 boxes so i ask for the rates to ncsoft. and the answers was: We understand the importance of this request. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide players with information regarding calculations for in-game mechanics. How is an 14 days event 1 guy win 11 times??? & This applies to everything in the game. 1 guy farming dragons, Bloods ect ect when you will make the corresponding changes? No one cares for you problems GM ore player, if players would care, everyone would submit 1 ticket regarding item description and see what happens. Since I came back 2 years ago, never ever have I kept freebies event items and always sold them. It should teach you a lesson to not trust free events. Sell always the stuff and get Adena. Box events, don't trust them, buy stuff you need with Adena. Buy boxes & sell to players, best choice you can make in order to avoid frustration. Best solution, don't buy boxes, and make a PK toon and put your frustration in a way that bothers all lower level zone toon. Might make you more happy. The less you expect from NC the better. The amount of money required to be on the top level is 50.000-100.000€ or more. Until there you remain a puppy till the server shutdown for real.
