It wasn't an accident, an oversight, a slip. They intentionallly wanted to take money out of your wallet for nothng in return. They have turned the game into a casino, and the house always wins. Siri Posted January 19, 2023 Share Posted January 19, 2023 @Wissp The only thing you can do to minimize the damage you did to the game at this stage is a emergency maintenance with a fix to the slayer event and replace it with the rewards + rates from last times 11th jan 2022 event. If all the ppl that quit already coming back and will bring you $ again, unsure. But what is sure, is that if you do NOT chance the current slayer event NOW (and not for next year) a lot of the big spenders will quit/stop spending because they would have to wait another year to upgrade their gear. Right now i have already 6 friends at endgame quitting and 3 more that wait the handling the next 2 weeks (they actually thought you will fix the slayer event with the maintenance yesterday). Unfortunately, it is too little, too late...in all the years I played this game the community has never been more upset with you. Many players have already turned away from the game or have agreed to stop investing in it. My sincere advice to you is to properly apologize, end the event early as a sign of listening to your player base, and promise to bring it back soon with significant improvements. If you want to press the “reset button” on what the community thinks of you show some kindness, humility, and respect. Let me remind you Wissp that you guys are reviewing mechanics after most of last events, and I do not know what type of review is done, but it goes from worse to worst. I mean, mybe, just mybe this community is very demanding .... us the players are the worst thing to L2. BUT you realize, honestly, realise how INCOMPETENT your team is, including you as you are part of it. Let me remind you TOP grade jewell event where the Promo was not promo, and yeh ... bla bla bla .... fixed on the way. That this server had in the last year Soul cry lvl 11 - 10 and you guys came with the joke 8 or lower :)). Instead of going foward, you are moving the game backwards. And I am shure after a very thorough review you guy will mange to fk up another event, and another until who know .... we quit or you guys go. Thank you for making Juji a Legend. Hard to say this, but had better xp events, better dragon slayer events, better cloak events, better events. What are you going to evaluate? The poor execution of the event, the bad rates, the bad rewards? You have said you will keep our feedback in consideration before, did you and your team somehow forget about that when you decided on this event? Your apologies are empty at this stage, you keep apologizing but nothing is EVER done. Start acting instead of talking, maybe and just maybe we will start to listen. I doubt that you or your team understand the frustration that has been caused, if you did you would have done something quicker than what you did. Start reading the forums and give us a list of what you are going to fix. It's called transparency, I know you and your team don't understand the concept, or at least the community feels this way, but it may help. The poll you created only shows how little you understand about the community and what problems exist. If you had ACTUALLY leveled a toon to 115 you would. If you had actually tried the events, which most people use to upgrade their toons, and seen the dreadful rewards vs the money spent you would. If you looked at the pricing on your events and added up the monetary value you would understand this game is overpriced. Maybe think about a few things you and your team can do to improve the game and post something, I doubt you will but you know wonders will never cease. The Slayer event will continue in it's current form while we collect current user feedback poll, once Poll finished we will present the statistics to our higher management (anyone who work in corporate and write report will know this *Lies, Damn Lies and Statistics) You need faster and immediate action?
