Thats the point a number of the prestege ppl that cancelled did spend a lot and aren't going to now, there is literally no point to now, they cannot upgrade. It's been all downhill since then. It's literally the only game I 've ever seen where the publisher actively hates their playerbase. That's money you'll never recover because there is nobody to replace them. Not sure who had the grand idea to reduce the enchant rates then post it as a similar event but it was an epic failure. This, "We will be evaluating how to approach future promotions with your feedback in mind." There was no other "promo" in the last four years that has been as good as this one. People saved up for a whole year (including myself) to utilize this "promo" aka SALE to upgrade gear, fill in wholes of characters weakness and find a way to enjoy the game again. However, I am pretty certain that NCWest will fail again and I can only speak for myself that I will never "save" money for a promo again. Much less be around for it. NCWest has always found a way to milk its customers. Jewels are a great example, started out small increments of money back in 2016/17 and on an annual bases prices got more expensive in the NCstore over time (this promo caused me to quit for 2 years). Nightmarket Coins, another example where the player base had to point out massive disparity in prices before something was done but once again, slowly increase the prices and to milk the player base. NCWest has once again found a new target of the Mythical Dragon chest but this time you removed a valuable item (Luna Packs) and adjusted the rates WITHOUT saying anything. @Wissp& @Hermes, this goes without saying, the player base doesn't trust you (lack of communication) nor do we think you can actual do anything to help us (always an increase of prices and THE PLAYER BASE HAS TO POINT IT OUT).
